Properties of the Combination

This smudge stick is valued for operating on two main fronts:

Relaxing and Balancing (Lavender/Alfazema):

• Natural Calming Agent: The sweet and floral aroma of Lavender (Lavandula) is globally renowned for its mild sedative properties, which help to reduce stress, anxiety, and irritability.
• Promotes Peace: It is ideal for use before meditation, yoga, or before sleep, as it promotes deep relaxation, tranquility, and aids in emotional balance.
• Gentle Purification: Besides relaxing, Lavender is used to cleanse the environment and attract energies of love and peace.

Repelling and Clarifying (Citronella):

• Natural Insect Repellent: This is Citronella’s (Cymbopogon) most famous function. Its strong citrus scent is highly effective at warding off mosquitoes, flies, and other flying insects, making it perfect for use in outdoor areas or during warmer seasons.
• Cleansing and Disinfection: Citronella’s fresh, clean scent also has antifungal and antibacterial properties, helping to naturally purify and disinfect the air in the environment.
• Mood Enhancement: Its citrus scent is frequently associated with improving mood, mental clarity, and stimulating the nervous system.”
