Pillars of Power: Repel and Ground

Black Tourmaline has a unique action: it does not absorb negative energies; it repels and transmutes them. It acts as a “shield” or “lightning rod” that diverts harmful influences to the ground, where they are neutralized by the Earth.

1. Psychic and Spiritual Protection:
   • Total Shield: Protects against psychic attacks, envy, the evil eye, and negative intentions. It is essential for those who work in charged environments or deal with many people.
   • Electromagnetic Shielding: It is one of the few crystals that offers protection against electromagnetic radiation (from cell phones, computers, TVs), making it vital for modern environments.
2. Grounding and Stability (Root Chakra):
   • Rooting: Strengthens the connection with the Earth, promoting a sense of stability, security, and personal power.
   • Tension Dissipation: Helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and physical tension. It teaches how to maintain calmness and spiritual awareness even in challenging and chaotic circumstances.
3. Mental Transmutation:
   • Helps to eliminate negative thought patterns, confusion, and feelings of victimization. It encourages a positive attitude and a clearer, more objective view of the world.
